      Cherry Bekaert Recruiting is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead the full-cycle AP function. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day AP processes, strengthening vendor relationships, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements. Experience in the property management industry and familiarity with systems such as Yardi, RealPage, or MRI is strongly preferred.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Manage and oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, coding, and payments
      • Maintain and manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, inquiries, and issue resolution
      • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
      • Assist with audit preparation and provide necessary documentation to auditors
      • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
      • Monitor AP aging and ensure timely payments
      • Collaborate with accounting and property management teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline workflows

      Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
      • 4+ years of accounts payable experience, with increasing levels of responsibility
      • Experience within the property management or real estate industry strongly preferred
      • Hands-on experience with RealPage, Yardi, MRI, or other property management/accounting systems
      • Strong knowledge of AP processes, controls, and best practices
      • Excellent organizational and time management skills
      • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
      • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
