      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee all Accounts Payable operations, including vendor contract reviews and payments
      - Manage annual 1099 filings and reconcile client passthrough spend with the AR team
      - Lead the review and approval of expense reports and ensure accurate transaction postings
      - Supervise and mentor junior accountants, promoting a collaborative team culture
      - Develop and enhance AP policies and procedures to improve efficiency and support timely month-end close

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Accounting or Finance
      - 6+ years of General Ledger accounting experience
      - 3+ years of people management experience
      - Proficiency in NetSuite, Expensify, and advanced Excel and Google Sheets
      - Strong understanding of GAAP and current accounting standards
