What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of charges to vehicles
- Document, classify, and track revenue leakage effectively
- Manage requisition and invoice workflow, both paper and electronic
- Provide supporting documentation for month-end accruals related to purchasing
- Collaborate with various departments to meet service-level objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a related field
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver high levels of customer service
- Experience working in a team environment
- High volume data entry experience and proficiency in Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous coding experience and familiarity with Oracle Financials
- Experience reviewing customer contracts
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in previous positions
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
