What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Reconcile vendor statements quarterly or by established contractual frequency
- Analyze and research vendor discrepancies and communicate conclusions effectively
- Ensure proper approval for exception invoices
- Prepare monthly portfolio scrubs and address outstanding issues
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous vendor and/or account reconciliation experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SAP knowledge
- Familiarity with complete A/P cycle processes
