What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process payments and supplier maintenance in accordance with Service Level Expectations (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Respond to vendors regarding payment status through a team shared inbox
- Research and resolve payment disputes, price, and quantity discrepancies
- Communicate with employees and suppliers to address discrepancies professionally
- Contribute ideas for process improvement and participate in department projects as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years of experience using accounting/payables principles
- 1+ year of experience with MS Office programs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a deadline-driven environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in the Famous software platform
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Positive, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle conflict/sensitive topics
