What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform data entry, clerical functions, and invoice validation with a strong attention to detail
- Respond to vendor emails and resolve inquiries related to invoice processing
- Audit employee expense reports and assist employees with related inquiries
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and documents to support accounts payable activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies independently while adhering to company policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- At least 1 year of experience in finance (payment/invoicing/accounting)
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone with minimal distractions during shifts
- Moderate experience with Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation
