What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions, including 3PL and wholesaler invoices
- Develop reconciliation processes for wholesaler fees and discounts
- Maintain customer purchase orders and oversee sales order tracking, enhancing SAP reporting as needed
- Test and implement EDI enhancements in SAP
- Provide backup for AP remittance decisions and maintain transparency with the IR Team regarding invoice processing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, finance, or accounting functions
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical trade or supply chain
- Procure-to-pay and/or Procure-to-cash experience
- S4/HANA and Enterprise SAP experience
