      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and reconcile accounts payable vendor statements and employee credit card bills monthly
      - Ensure timely payment of invoices and maintain documentation for financial reporting
      - Serve as a subject matter expert for property managers and administrators regarding accounts payable processes
      - Handle vendor management inquiries and maintain accurate vendor information in accounting software
      - Create and file annual 1099 and 1096 tax forms, ensuring compliance with regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Accounting preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years prior experience in a bookkeeping or accounts payable role
      - Valid Colorado Driver's License
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Proficient in accounting software, with experience in Yardi preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in property management accounting
      - Excellent math skills and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
      - Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
      - Strong project management skills and a customer service focus
      - Enjoyment of community involvement and resident interaction
