What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set up new vendors in NetSuite and Blue Cherry systems
- Review P card receipts in the CAR system to ensure accuracy
- Assist with the preparation of 1099 forms
- Reconcile vendor accounts to resolve discrepancies
- Cross-train to provide coverage for team members when out of the office
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to avoiding AP issues
- Prior accounts payable experience in a fast-paced office setting
- Experience in the wholesale/retail apparel industry is a plus
- Ability to meet deadlines for payment processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Blue Cherry, and Concur invoice & expense systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
