      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle all aspects of the accounts payable function, including receiving, coding, and verifying invoices for multiple clients
      - Set up new vendors and secure proper documentation for W-9s
      - Research and resolve accounts payable discrepancies and vendor issues
      - Process 3-way P.O. matching invoices and coordinate accounts payable processing
      - Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and assist with reconciliations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting highly preferred
      - 1-3 years of experience as an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk or Bookkeeper
      - Proficiency in QuickBooks, Bill.com, and/or NetSuite Software preferred
      - Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting records
      - High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Bill.com, or NetSuite
      - Interest in utilizing third-party applications to enhance efficiencies
      - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
