      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct timely and accurate audits of a high volume of invoices to ensure compliance with budget policies and laws
      - Serve as the liaison for accounts payable between various County offices and external vendors
      - Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including processing and auditing P-cards and travel expenses
      - Collaborate within a team to maintain high accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
      - Support the Disbursements Auditing Financial Manager with various auditing tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Relevant experience in an Accounts Payable role in a high-volume environment
      - Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and reconciliation skills
      - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP accounting software
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting
      - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - Experience with P-cards and travel expense management
      - Excellent active listening and customer service orientation
      - Previous work experience in government auditing or financial services
