      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead fiscal staff in monitoring financial aspects of agency contract receivables
      - Respond to inquiries from staff regarding fiscal data and reports, ensuring timely communication
      - Train and develop team members in accounting procedures and methods
      - Manage petty cash and perform suspense reconciliation for receivable payments
      - Oversee the assignment of document numbers and management of EHUB doc request email

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Eight years of experience in accounting, auditing, or budgeting
      - Education in a financial-related field or certification as a Public Accountant, Internal Auditor, Certified Governmental Financial Manager, or Management Accountant
      - Proven experience in financial monitoring and fiscal data management
      - Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various levels of management
      - Must sign and adhere to confidentiality agreements regarding financial services

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Experience with enterprise accounting systems and reporting tools
      - Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
      - Advanced proficiency in agency-standard software applications
      - Demonstrated reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
