What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review account information, correct discrepancies, and ensure timely billing and payment collection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Initiate collection efforts for past due accounts while maintaining positive client relationships
- Monitor daily email correspondence and resolve payment discrepancies
- Utilize NetSuite for managing customer accounts, tracking collections, and generating reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
- Minimum 4+ years' experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in NetSuite with a solid understanding of accounts receivable functionalities
- Knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls processes
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and workflows within the accounts receivable function
- Experience reconciling accounts and resolving payment discrepancies
