      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Record incoming payments and transfers accurately
      - Monitor employer group payment bank account for discrepancies
      - Process credit memos, adjustments, and refunds as needed
      - Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve invoice or payment disputes
      - Assist with month-end closing activities, including accounts receivable reporting and reconciliations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
      - 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting
      - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
      - Excellent communication and customer service skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (D365 F&O preferred)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with process improvements to optimize accounts receivable efficiency
      - Familiarity with various accounting software beyond D365 F&O
      - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
