      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process and post accounts receivable from all assigned payers within expected turnaround times
      - Utilize macros and various computer-based tools across multiple systems for accurate posting
      - Conduct research on payer websites to gather necessary posting backup
      - Identify issues and trends with assigned payers and address aged accounts receivable according to standard operating procedures
      - Communicate with leadership and partner teams to ensure timely and accurate remittance processing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of one year of work experience in insurance, claims, EOB, cash posting, billing, or accounts receivable
      - Must meet weekly and monthly production goals after training
      - Strong Excel skills and previous computer experience needed
      - Strong communication skills and ability to manage time and tasks independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior work experience in an office setting or administration
      - Previous experience in insurance, claims, EOB, cash posting, or remittance
      - Ability to maintain productivity while working independently in a structured environment
