  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Investigate and resolve unresolved claims, including denials and underpayments
  - Dispute inaccuracies and submit appeals to insurance payors as needed
  - Collaborate with insurance payors and partner facilities for claim resolution
  - Perform account reconciliation and manage worklist items assigned
  - Provide detailed documentation of work performed on individual accounts
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 3 years of medical billing and accounts receivable experience
  - Advanced expertise in revenue cycle management and insurance claims processing
  - Strong understanding of insurance denials and claims resolution
  - Proficient in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - CPB or CPC (or CPC-A) certification is preferred but not required
  - Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel
  - Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities
  - Ability to manage time-sensitive situations with urgency
  - Dependable and able to work independently with a positive attitude
