      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the development of URA program policies and procedures
      - Establish and maintain necessary documentation for acquisition and relocation services
      - Provide advisory services and technical assistance, including training for various stakeholders
      - Negotiate the acquisition or sale of real estate and assist with property settlements
      - Conduct appraisal reviews and maintain accurate records in compliance with established policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in implementing or managing the Uniform Relocation Act (URA) on federally funded projects
      - 3+ years of experience working with public Right of Way (ROW) projects
      - Completion of real property acquisition or relocation trainings or certifications offered by IRWA or NHI
      - Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% annually depending on project needs
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Basic understanding of land survey drawings and property appraisal reports
      - Intermediate accounting or financial proficiency
      - Certification as a Certified Distance Education Instructor
      - Written and verbal competency in both English and Spanish
      - Experience in URA program administration and facilitating client applications to public benefit programs
