      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume
      - Promote and support the branded Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture
      - Supervise and lead all aspects of the sales line through mentoring, modeling, and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices
      - Maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the employer's standards of integrity, quality, and service to customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Consistent track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
      - Basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, and Microsoft Outlook
      - Must reside in a state where the employer has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years' experience mentoring, coaching, or supervising team members
      - 2+ years' of proven front-to-back sales experience within timeshare sales
      - Prior experience in closing sales or sales management
      - Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence)
