      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume
      - Promote and support the branded culture of the employer
      - Assist with supervision and lead all aspects of the sales team through mentoring and modeling effective sales and customer service practices
      - Maintain a professional image that upholds the employer's standards of integrity, quality, and service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Consistent track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
      - 2+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, or supervising team members
      - 2+ years of proven front-to-back sales experience within timeshare sales

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience
      - Basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, and Microsoft Outlook
      - Active state real estate license (if required in the state of residence)
      - Must reside in a state with an active broker relationship with the employer (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN)
