What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and maintain Active Directory Domain Controllers, site links, and subnets
- Design, test, deploy, and troubleshoot Group policies for enterprise customers
- Monitor and proactively fix issues related to Active Directory health
- Troubleshoot AD authentication and authorization issues
- Install, configure, and maintain AD Integrated and Non-AD integrated DNS Zones

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of DNS aging and Scavenging
- Experience with FSMO roles and PowerShell scripting
- Familiarity with LDAP/LDAPS integration and Active Directory backup and restore
- Experience with Domain Controllers upgrade process and migrations
- Strong customer service experience and communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience extending Active Directory to cloud platforms like Azure and AWS
- Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO)/MFA platforms such as Ping, Okta, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AD connect tool, support, and troubleshooting
