      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop pricing models and support pricing requests, including rate filings and benefit adjustment factors
      - Perform trend analysis and forecasting to support financial decisions
      - Assist with the development of outstanding incurred claims liabilities and financial accruals
      - Analyze data for financial and utilization reporting, including IBNR
      - Assist in estimating regulatory program financial impacts and understanding medical trend drivers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of actuarial and/or statistics experience
      - ASA certification preferred
      - Strong knowledge of Excel and data analysis principles
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Large group pricing experience highly preferred
      - Working knowledge of Access or other database applications
      - Experience with SAS or other programming languages
      - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
      - Good judgment and strong mathematical skills
