      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, perform, or support trend analysis and forecasting
      - Conduct pricing, underwriting support, reserving, and forecasting for Specific and Aggregate Stop Loss and Level Funding
      - Develop and support pricing models and pricing requests, including benefit adjustment factors and fee schedule analysis
      - Partner with internal and external customers to create strategies that minimize risks and uncover opportunities
      - Lead meetings with business partners, providing transparency in actuarial analyses and results

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, or a related field from an accredited institution
      - Minimum of 4 years of actuarial and/or statistics experience
      - Preferred Associate level in the Society of Actuaries (ASA)
      - Strong knowledge of Stop Loss products from an actuarial and underwriting perspective
      - Expert knowledge of Excel and strong analytical thinking abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in health insurance, specifically with Stop Loss or Level Funded products
      - Working knowledge of Access or other database applications
      - Experience with SAS or other programming languages
      - In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry
