      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide account-level pricing support for major accounts, acting as the subject-matter expert for underwriters
      - Collaborate with various teams to support portfolio monitoring and conduct ad hoc analyses
      - Analyze trends and performance drivers, summarizing key insights for stakeholders
      - Build and enhance analytical tools to inform pricing and portfolio monitoring strategies
      - Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and actionable insights

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field
      - Commitment to achieving Associateship in the Casualty Actuarial Society
      - Passing grades on a minimum of 2 Casualty Actuarial Exams
      - Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in actuarial techniques and insurance operations
      - Solid oral, written, and presentation communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Intermediate skills in R, SQL, SAS, or Python for data analysis and tool development
      - Ability to build simple models and possess programming skills
      - Proven ability to balance multiple projects with some direction
      - Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork and independent work
