      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Translate business requirements from various stakeholders into actuarial analysis
      - Assist in product reviews and large account pricing using actuarial techniques
      - Collaborate closely with the R&A team and other business functions
      - Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders regarding actuarial concepts
      - Research and apply new techniques to address non-standard insurance problems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of actuarial experience in the insurance industry or recent college graduate
      - Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, data science, actuarial science, or a related quantitative field
      - At least 2 actuarial exams passed towards a CAS credential
      - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
      - Strong communication skills to explain basic actuarial concepts to diverse audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of P&C insurance, particularly in commercial lines and E&S products
      - Experience with pricing and rate indication work
      - Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI
      - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
