What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process incoming and outbound enrollment paperwork with high accuracy
- Interact with program employers and employees through phone and electronic communication
- Train employers and employees on using a phone app and computer portal
- Manage a Google Calendar for appointment scheduling
- Conduct thorough reviews of applicable paperwork while identifying opportunities for process improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least two years of experience in customer service
- High School diploma; some college courses preferred, college degree is a plus
- Ability to effectively handle a heavy volume of paperwork
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite applications

- Experience working with individuals who have limited English proficiency and various disabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle conflict with difficult customers
- Proven time management and task-oriented skills
