What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of campaign production on the employer’s internal platform and third-party DSPs, including producing ad units and quality assurance
- Build and conduct quality assurance for custom, immersive rich media ad experiences
- Collaborate with Client Services on campaign requirements and the Strategy team on creative functionality
- Utilize proxying and debugging tools to validate tracking tags and troubleshoot ad performance on live campaigns
- Create documentation and process requirements for new features and functionalities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital advertising or digital media
- Proficiency in third-party DSPs such as the Trade Desk, Xandr, Google Ads Manager, or Facebook Ads Manager
- Familiarity with video ad serving formats like VAST, VPAID, and MRAID
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with tag vendors including DCM, DoubleVerify, IAS, and Innovid
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical team members
- Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines effectively
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
