      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support Ad Ops in campaign builds and manage ad serving platforms
      - Create and maintain ad hoc reports while conducting data mining projects
      - Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth workflow transitions
      - Stay updated on automotive and digital marketing trends
      - Document new and existing processes meticulously

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 0-1 years of experience in paid search campaign management; automotive industry experience is a plus
      - Internship experience in advertising is highly desirable
      - Understanding of paid search components and their interdependencies
      - Ability to analyze data from search engines and make actionable recommendations
      - Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Google AdWords and/or Google Analytics Certification
      - Experience in ad copywriting
      - Proficiency in manipulating large data sets using pivot tables and V-look-ups
      - Positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
