What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Instruct general education courses in the ASVN, BSN, and RN to BSN degree completion programs
- Develop coursework and assess student progress towards curriculum objectives
- Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver course content effectively
- Maintain student records of attendance and grades, assisting with program data collection
- Participate in professional development and stay current with educational methodologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree required; Doctoral Degree preferred
- Previous online teaching experience utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Documented background in educational methodology relevant to teaching assignments
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products, especially Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

- Experience mentoring students in an online education setting
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methodologies and techniques
- Clinical practice experience relevant to subjects being taught
