      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the delivery and development of curriculum for the Master of Medical Science-Physician Assistant Program
      - Carry out duties as a course director or assist in course-related activities as directed by program leadership
      - Develop course syllabi, learning outcomes, and assessments aligned with program standards
      - Facilitate team-based and problem-based learning activities and provide clinical skills instruction
      - Conduct site visits to ensure quality clinical education experiences for students

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree from an accredited physician assistant program, U.S. accredited medical school, or a terminal degree in medical science
      - Minimum of one year of experience in clinical practice or teaching in a PA or medical school
      - Current NCCPA certification (if a PA) or current board certification (if a physician)
      - Ability to work a schedule reflecting regular business hours in the Hawaii time zone
      - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

      - Current residency in Hawai'i
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Strong interpersonal skills
      - Experience with distance education or online teaching methods
      - Familiarity with ARC-PA accreditation standards
