      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members
      - Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries as needed
      - Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
      - Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records in various systems
      - Support the planning and coordination of company events and meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus
      - Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
