What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Office Manager in maintaining efficient office operations and procedures, including timely email follow-ups
- Communicate effectively, both in answering and making calls
- Support various stages of teacher training programs
- Assist in the screening and interviewing process for teacher candidates
- Coordinate administrative aspects of the Training Department
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a third-level education in a teaching or business education field
- At least 5 years of related experience in administrative support or education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in office management and administrative procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in non-profit organizations or educational institutions
- Familiarity with teacher training processes and educational programs
- Knowledge of neuroscience as it relates to learning and teaching
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
