What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Office Manager in maintaining efficient office operations and procedures, including timely email follow-ups
- Communicate effectively when answering or making calls
- Support the stages of teacher training programs
- Assist in the screening and interviewing of teachers for training
- Coordinate administrative aspects of the Training Department
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a third-level education in a teaching or business education field of study
- At least 5 years of related experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Proven ability to support administrative tasks effectively
- Experience in coordinating training or educational programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a non-profit educational environment
- Familiarity with neuroscience of learning principles
- Previous involvement in teacher training or development programs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
