What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Office Manager in maintaining efficient office operations and procedures
- Communicate effectively when answering or making calls
- Support the stages of teacher training programs
- Assist with the screening and interviewing of teachers for training
- Coordinate administrative aspects of the Training Department
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A third-level education in teaching or business education field of study
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in office management and administrative tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a non-profit or educational environment
- Familiarity with teacher training programs
- Previous administrative support experience in a remote setting
- Skills in coordinating events or training sessions
