- Provides administrative and secretarial support to the Division Chief; answers and screens calls; schedules appointments and meetings; coordinates meeting logistics; makes travel arrangements; coordinates leave requests and requests for reimbursements.
- Serves as Program Coordinator for the Child Neurology ACGME Residency Program; responsible for all administrative functions and, in collaboration with the Program Director, ensures compliance with medical college, hospital & ACGME regulatory requirements.
- Coordinates administrative aspects of the National Residency Match Program (NRMP); oversees the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS) application process; coordinates and schedules residency candidate interviews.
- Coordinates and maintains resident and program schedules and evaluations; serves as divisional resource for Medhub system; coordinates resident reviews, tracks evaluation completion, and summarizes and reports results.
- Responsible for maintaining Residency Program records in accordance to record retention policies for all education program records; develops and maintains computerized database for alumni list of prior residents.
- Serves as point person to residents; schedules rotations, coordinates appointment process for residents/rotators from other institutions; assists with creation of program schedules; coordinates conferences/lectures & provides other support as needed.
- Serves as Program Coordinator for the K12/NSADA grant; assists with gathering data for annual reports; provides administrative support to research scholars & PI(s); coordinates meetings with scholars & project personnel; maintains grant related documents.
- Performs other administrative tasks and activities to support the Division of Child Neurology as required.

Position Summary
Provides high-level, comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Division Chief and Residency Program Director of the Division of Child Neurology.

Experience
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Approximately 2+ years of work experience in a healthcare or academic setting.
