      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and coordinate complex calendars for 5 senior leaders, resolving scheduling conflicts proactively
      - Coordinate domestic and international travel, ensuring precision in itineraries and changes
      - Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports accurately and on time
      - Maintain systems, processes, and documentation to improve operational efficiency
      - Serve as a key point of contact, facilitating communication between leadership and internal/external stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-4 years of administrative experience, specifically in high-volume coordination
      - Strong proficiency in Outlook and general computer literacy
      - High degree of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness
      - Ability to travel 10-15% as needed
      - Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to navigating ambiguity
