      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage administrative processes and maintain electronic filing systems
      - Prepare printed materials such as reports, correspondence, and forms
      - Coordinate in-person and video meetings, and assist with travel arrangements
      - Greet clients and respond to communications, ensuring proper direction to staff or resources
      - Conduct inventory and order office supplies, and assist with mail processing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of related experience
      - One year of progressively responsible administrative or secretarial experience
      - Ability to communicate effectively in English and fluently in Spanish
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
      - Strong telephone skills and the ability to handle challenging situations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
      - Knowledge of legal, civil, and service rights of individuals with disabilities
      - Experience working with diverse communities and individuals with disabilities
      - Familiarity with emerging software and technology
      - Life experience as a person with a disability or as a caregiver for someone with a disability
