      Sodexo is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the food operations department at Oklahoma Children's Hospital located in Oklahoma City, OK. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring timekeeping activity through KRONOS, preparing floor stock orders, and managing employee schedules.

      What You'll Do

      • track employee attendance through KRONOS;
      • conduct inventory of floor stock;
      • order and distribute new employee uniforms; and/or;
      • conduct new hire tours and in-service trainings for food safety; fire safety, and customer service.

      What You Bring

      • fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and SharePoint;
      • detailed oriented, flexible, and have ability to manage multiple priorities; and/or
      • have excellent organization, communication, and project management skills.
