      JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant 2
      LOCATION: San Jose, CA - HYBRID
      PAY RANGE: $25-$35/hr
      DURATION: 5 months

      COMPANY:

      Our client a Fortune 500 Software Organization is seeking a Administrative Assistant 2 to bring onto the team.

      Duties:
      • Support three Sr. Directors in the Developer Platforms Organization with scheduling meetings, presentations, and external engagements
      • Maintain several executive calendars, manage staff meetings, and commitments
      • Ability to take notes and follow up on action items
      • Manage calendar and travel to help drive maximum effectiveness, all while coordinating complex travel arrangements and successfully handling last minute changes Assist with scheduling group meetings
      • Use a high degree of judgment and discretion in the handling and maintenance of materials of a confidential and/or sensitive nature.
      • Prepare, submit, and track expense reports
      • Perform general office Administrative duties such as ordering supplies and equipment.
      • Set up new vendors in payment system, process and track purchase order requisitions
      • Coordinate special projects and large meetings with internal and external individuals

      Skills:
      • Positive can-do attitude, no ego - willing to follow through and do what it takes to get the job done.
      • Understanding of MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel/
      • Team player, Ability to communicate in a clear and concise way.
      • Ability to remain flexible, embrace change, and manage uncertainty, all while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
      • Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under critical deadlines and manage workload with little direction.
      • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and timely follow-through.
      • Desire to constantly look for opportunities to create systems, checklists, and approaches to make things run more smoothly.
      • Ownership of the outcome—even when full control is lacking, the ability to see it through until it is completed.
      • Manage time effectively and have proven ability to prioritize when there are conflicting priorities to ensure key projects meet deadlines.
      • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

      Education:
      • 3 + years of experience in an administrative environment, or equivalent practical experience
      • Preferred BA/BS degree

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated. In addition to base compensation, full-time roles are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Commuter and 401K benefits with company matching.
