      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Enter and schedule hearings for provider claims dispute cases and member appeals
      - Provide administrative support to the Office of the General Counsel and assist with office duties
      - Initiate and manage the archiving and records retention process
      - Coordinate participation in agency-wide events and meetings
      - Draft and issue official notices and letters related to hearings and appeals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three years of responsible administrative experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and two years of administrative experience, or a Master's degree in a relevant field and one year of administrative experience
      - Knowledge of principles and practices of administration and management
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or comparable office applications
      - Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
      - Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities
