      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain directors' calendars, schedule meetings, and manage correspondence
      - Independently compose correspondence on behalf of the directors
      - Coordinate schedules and prioritize meetings to meet assigned deadlines
      - Serve as the primary travel coordinator for division staff, managing travel arrangements
      - Establish and maintain filing systems in accordance with records retention policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Three (3) years of recent experience providing professional-level administrative support to senior-level managers
      - Knowledge of state governmental organization and administrative procedures
      - Effective verbal and written communication skills
      - Exceptional organizational and time management skills
      - Ability to handle confidential correspondence and documents with discretion

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing content on websites, Microsoft SharePoint, and TEAMS
      - Government experience, particularly with WSDOT systems
      - Experience creating workflows in SharePoint
      - Familiarity with Power BI
