What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and prioritize the VPs' calendar, including meeting logistics, preparation, and travel coordination
- Coordinate travel, expenses, and event planning for department offsite logistics and leadership meetings
- Support Marketing VPs with ad hoc scheduling and coordination needs
- Prepare briefing materials, track deliverables, and follow up on action items to drive accountability
- Draft, edit, and coordinate high-quality internal and external communications on behalf of the VPs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably within Marketing or technology organizations
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Asana, and expense management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an understanding of virtual communication etiquette
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work across different time zones
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accuracy while working remotely
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a virtual or remote capacity is a plus
- Familiarity with virtual collaboration and document management tools
- Knowledge of remote work best practices and cybersecurity considerations
