      • BSA Hospital is a 445-bed hospital serving the Amarillo area for over 120 years and continues to be Amarillo’s preferred healthcare provider. At BSA, the focus is to provide quality healthcare in Christian love, service and dignity.

      Responsibilities

      • The Administrative Assistant provides reception and secretarial support to Baptist St. Anthony’s Health System management.
      • These responsibilities require an understanding of the internal functioning of the Department, as well as the ability to coordinate responsibilities into the overall integration of the Baptist St. Anthony’s system.
      • This position requires the ability to participate in and contribute to quality improvement processes for the department.

      Qualifications

      Job Requirements :

      • High School (or GED equivalent) diploma.

      • Ability to type accurately at a minimum of 70 wpm.

      • Ability to proofread documents proficiently

      Preferred Job Requirements:

      • Two to three years of job-related secretarial or administrative assistant experience.

      • Knowledge of office management, letter format and composition, proper rules of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

      • Competent use of personal computers and software programs, including Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power-Point).
