- Record, compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Prepare agendas and schedule for meetings.
- Maintain Medical Staff Credentialing files.
- Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Other duties as assigned

- Education: Associates degree in Office Administration preferred or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Experience: Previous administrative support, clerical, and customer service experience preferred.
- Additional Requirements: May be required to work flexible hours and overtime. Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs.
