Job Description

- Maintain the confidentiality of all information at all times
- Prepare, compose, and initiate correspondence, memoranda, presentation material and reports for the Managing Director National Accounts
- Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings, and coordinates all related arrangements for the Managing Director National Accounts and related parties
- Make travel arrangements, domestic and international
- Manage board preparation and quarterly results coordination
- Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Follow-up on all items received via email, phone, notes, mail, etc.
- Maintain appropriate records, files and documentation
- Track and audit relevant documents/ requests from Managing Director National Accounts department heads
- Prepare all expense and accounts payable items accordingly
- Prepare presentations and reports for the department
- Facilitate local to national transfers in the system of recod
- Pay departments invoices
- Coordinate meetings both virtual and in person
- Assist with answering and screening telephone calls, take messages, provide information, or redirect calls as appropriate
- Answer customer and employee calls timely
- Other duties as requested

- Bachelors or better in Finance or related field.
- 3 years of Professional experience supporting multiple executives, preferably in Sales and Marketing
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships inside and outside the organization
- Ability to work independently, act proactively and manage priorities as they change
- Exhibit confidentiality, trust and diplomacy at all times
- We require the ability to pass a drug screen and background checks. Candidates must have the ability to perform the requirements of the job with or without accommodations.
