      What You'll Do

      • Manage complex scheduling and calendars for senior leaders and their teams, ensuring seamless coordination and follow-through on action items.
      • Build and maintain efficient systems to track and manage inbound requests, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
      • Monitor and manage inboxes for you and your leader(s) with exceptional attention to detail, triaging communications quickly, responding promptly, and maintaining high standards of clarity and tone.
      • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics.
      • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather relevant materials and information ahead of meetings, enabling leaders to be fully prepared.
      • Process expense reports and reimbursements accurately and on time, maintaining clean records and financial tracking.
      • Contribute to special projects with a proactive, solution-oriented approach—bringing structure, insight, and follow-through to a wide range of initiatives.
      • Provide occasional personal support for your leader(s).
