- Req#: 21862
- Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
- Answers and transfers phone calls after careful screening to ensure each call is transferred to the correct department.
- Communicates in a professional manner with all managers, employees, vendors and clients of NaphCare.
- Provides excellent customer service while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
- Promotes, supports, and adheres to all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Seeks resources for direction, when necessary.
- Performs all other related functions and duties as required.
- Perform various clerical and administrative functions, including, but not limited to receiving/sorting mail, receiving deliveries and sorting/mailing checks.
- Associate's degree preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent skills in the areas of organization, attention to detail, time management and an ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to take initiative with projects to work both independently and as a team member.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
