This long-term administrative contract supports senior leadership at one of the world’s largest financial institutions. The role ensures efficient operations through expert calendar coordination, global travel logistics, and adherence to internal processes for events, expenses, and employee onboarding. Success in this position means leaders can operate with clarity, accuracy, and full administrative backing.Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and events, including MS Teams logistics and material preparation
• Book detailed domestic and international travel with multi-leg air, rail, and hotel arrangements
• Manage Concur expense reports in compliance with internal policies
• Process event and sponsorship requests in line with organizational procedures
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding, including access setup, supply requests, and I-9 processingMinimum Qualifications
• 4+ years of administrative support experience in a large corporate setting
• Experience with international and domestic travel planning and Concur
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite with advanced calendar management
• Familiarity with Concur for time and expense submissionsCore Tools & Systems
