- Support moderately complex administrative tasks
- Assist in routine record keeping, and reports preparation
- Work closely with both internal and external customers to meet required service needs
- Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
- Receive direction from supervisors regarding routine administrative process
- Provide support in areas of reporting and handling general ledger or expense accounts of a particular business line
- Interact with other Administrative Assistants, internal partners, external customers, and experienced level leaders across the organization
- 2+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Concur experience
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive
- Exceptional customer service standards
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and communicate with C-suite external clients, Senior leadership and other team members
- Ability to articulate clearly and concisely in both written and oral communication
- Ability to multi task and adapt to situations quickly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Responds to requests and inquiries in a timely manner
- Demonstrates sound judgment when problem solving
- Works well in a team environment; demonstrates respect and collaboration
- Ability and willingness to collaborate with teammates to ensure appropriate support and coverage
- Serves as an extension of senior leadership adapting to a culture of partnership, teamwork, results orientation, and professionalism
- Demonstrates proficiency with Domestic and International travel; Concur experience preferred
- Ability to manage and process reports; maintaining financial efficiencies and reducing costs
- Ability to adhere to confidentiality practices and guidelines
- Ability to work outside of regular business hours; willingness to stay late and arrive early
- Financial services experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience supporting multiple managers with calendar management, travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings and events.
- This is not a remote position, commuting to the office is expected a minimum of 3 days a week with the other 2 working remotely.
- This position is on the Private Trading Floor in a fast-paced and busy environment with limited privacy.

Wells Fargo is seeking an Administrative Assistant responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to management teams or product areas or senior executives on the Private Trading Floor. The Administrative and Executive Assistant focus specializes in providing administrative and secretarial support for a department or group of individuals or senior executives. Responsibilities may include meeting coordination, supplies and equipment ordering, assistant coordination, handling calls and preparing correspondence, establishing and implementing office procedures, and acting as an information source on company policies.
