      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in weekly staff meetings, contributing ideas to improve ministry aspects
      - Provide administrative support to the Campus Pastor, including calendar management
      - Assist other campus staff with various administrative tasks as needed
      - Help plan and execute campus events, managing supplies and logistics
      - Oversee the office space organization and manage campus communication channels

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally
      - Experience in data entry and tracking
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and anticipate needs
      - Commitment to personal integrity and ongoing spiritual growth; must be a member of The Summit Church or willing to become one

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Google Suite and ability to quickly learn other digital systems
      - Previous experience in administrative roles within a church or similar organization
