      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Organize and schedule events, meetings, and travel arrangements for the department
      - Assist in planning and executing offsite meetings, providing on-site and remote support as needed
      - Manage calendars and coordinate meetings with internal and external leaders
      - Prepare and review expense reports and support onboarding and offboarding processes
      - Handle special projects with minimal guidance and adapt to ambiguity as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of previous office coordinator experience strongly preferred
      - Minimum of one year of experience as an administrative assistant
      - Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      - Minimum typing speed of 60-75 wpm
      - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a start-up environment
      - Experience with M365 applications
      - Associates degree or higher preferred
      - Microsoft certification preferred
      - Proven experience supporting leadership positions
